When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about your products, price, billing and delivery address. If there is an error in the order confirmation you must immediately contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You must provide valid and accurate delivery information. If B4K Sweden AB receives a package in return that was sent to the wrong address or not picked up, it is your responsibility to pay for new shipping and/or any warehouse rent. For orders that are not picked up at a postal agent (Sweden), we charge a fee of SEK 200.
Our normal delivery times are 2-4 working days depending on the selected shipping option. Orders placed on weekends are shipped the following Monday at the earliest. If delays in delivery should occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact our customer service at email@example.com.
In the event of a broken or opened carton upon delivery, notify the driver about the damage and take a photograph. Then contact us about the damage at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Due to technical error or other circumstances beyond B4K Skincare AB's control, your order confirmation may be delayed or not be received at all. If your order confirmation takes more than 30 minutes to receive, please contact our customer service at email@example.com.

The complaint must be made via email. Complaints about a broken product must be made within a reasonable time after the fault has been discovered, but no later than 1 year from the time of purchase. Please note that the broken product and packaging must be kept until the matter is resolved. If the product is not in stock or has expired, we will contact you before further processing. We normally handle complaint cases within 3-14 working days. In the event of an approved purchase complaint, we will refund the amount for your order within 30 days.
When purchasing products on b4k.se, you as a customer have a 30-day right to withdraw which applies from the time you have received a product that you have ordered. You are responsible for checking that the delivery and the products are undamaged in connection to receiving the package.
You have an open purchase of 30 days from the time you receive the package, provided that the product is returned unused in undamaged original packaging and in cases where the product is sealed, this must be unbroken. You can then choose whether you want to switch to another product or get your money back.

Return processing takes about 1-4 weeks.
The product must be unbroken and unused, but by law you have the right to ensure its properties and functions. When using the right of withdrawal, we have the right to make a reduction in value in cases where the goods have been handled to a greater extent than necessary. Impairment is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Opened and/or used products are not returned due to health and hygiene reasons. In case of approved cancellation of purchase, we will refund the amount for your order within 30 days.
We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product. We accept no responsibility for delays/errors as a result of circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, authority decision, reduced or non-existent delivery from the supplier. Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
